If you like my work, buy me a virtual cup of coffee at Ko-Fi.

It wasn’t supposed to come out until October 1st, but the anthology was just “too extreme for pre-order.” Available on Amazon right now in both digital and paperback the Crucifixion Press anthology Shoot the Devil: Ten Tales of Humans Defeating the Demonic. The Amazon blurb says:

Ten of superversive’s finest team up to bring you tales from a serial killer’s basement, to the weird west, to the average small town, all featuring “mostly” ordinary men and women fighting back against the forces of darkness.

My steampunk, occult short story “Wolf in the Wind” is contained within those pages. My story’s blurb:

In Idaho City, Idaho 1887, a deadly wolf-like being is preying on the citizens. Sherriff Bobby Bill Thornton, just having lost the love of his life in this remote rural setting, receives a message from the mysterious E.E. Durbin, Investigting Occult Detective. Together, Bobby Thornton and Emma Durbin hunt a creature that isn’t what it seems, but the widowed Mrs. Durbin also has a dark past.

I can make PDF copies of the book available to anyone who wants it in exchange for an honest review on Amazon and goodreads. Just let me know.
